Peppermint

Why Feed Peppermint? Peppermint is a fantastic herb for horses, not only does it encourage fussy feeders with its amazing aroma, it contains menthol which can help soothe the digestive tract, reduce gas, and provide support for horses suffering with colic. Peppermint is also used as a decongestant, helping to clear the respiratory tract and making it easier for horses to breathe, especially beneficial during respiratory infections or allergies.

This product can be mixed with your horses daily feed at the following amounts:

• Small Horse (Under 450kg) - 20g per day, this can be split between feeds or given at once
• Large Horse (450kg+) - 30g per day, this can be split between feeds or given at once

Large Horses (450kg+) = £0.27 per day
